Full Description A Large Southwest Metro-Area Airport need to improve availability on cirtical vendor designed and mantained systems. Vigilant was tasked to develop analyze the systems and developed standards and a roadmap to improve system stability. Vigilant analyzed the IT master plan,  Business Continuity programs, mantenance agreements and developed a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture framework, including project plans, standards, operation checklist and designs. The roadmap included Business Continuity integration into change control, updates to project managment methodologies and enhanced storage and out-of-band managment networks.
